Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Our Biological Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a Sicilian oil with the appearance full-bodied, has a colour amber green and is characterised by aromatic notes pleasantly bitter and spicy.
È perfect for lovers of intense flavours, thanks to its characteristic intense fruity taste and the bitter aftertaste and pleasantly spicy.

It presents unique sensory notes reminiscent of the aroma of thegrassof the fresh almondof the artichokesome delicate notes of tomato freshly harvested, making it an amiable oil from the delicate flavour and particularly tasty intense

These taste suggestions reflect the characteristics of the area where the olive trees are harvested, producing special varieties of mountain olives that are harvested in the Sicani Mountains in the centre of Sicily, a traditional agricultural context with a millenary milling culture.

Extra virgin olive oil Organic, 100% Italian, is produced exclusively from organically farmed olive groves, following the principles of sustainable cultivation without the use of pesticides and chemicals. Its uniqueness lies in the passion of our small farmers who tend the olive groves using traditional methods.

The olives are hand-picked while still green and transported to the mill within 48 hours to be subjected to the cold extraction process. This production method preserves all the organoleptic characteristics of the olives, guaranteeing an organic extra virgin olive oil with an intense taste and flavour reminiscent of the Sicilian land.

To recognise organic extra virgin olive oil, look for the leaf logo on the product label. This symbol indicates that the oil has been obtained from olives grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilisers, respecting the environment and biodiversity. Furthermore, organic oil must pass inspection and certification to guarantee its quality.
